Here's a little stone project we came up. Take a look at the picture above on the right with the plant. We used two small limestone remnants... one on the ground under the pedestal and one in between the pedestal & the flower urn. The small pieces of stone added a little zest, texture and color to the planter. And it didn't cost a lot. The limestone remnants were free - polishing the edges was not. ;-) But, we could have just left the edges rough to save money.

So the question is, what creative uses have you found for stone? What are your interior design ideas? We'd love to see them and hear how you came up with the idea. I'm sure other visitors would love some help getting their creative juices flowing! I will convert it into a Web page
